There are 3 ways to know you are soft banned: • When you try to catch a pokemon after the first attempt it escapes. • When you spinning Pokestop coin and nothing comes out of it. • When you try to fight a gym and after the "GO" message it exists and say ERROR. Soft ban disappears after 1-4 hours, depends how far you have been teleported but you can get around it. If you are soft banned go to a pokestop and do the following: 1. Open a pokestop 2. Spin the Pokestop's coin 3.
